estwoco.com

Estwoco is an independent software studio based in Melbourne, Australia and Colombo, Sri Lanka. We build custom software for clients and develop our own web applications — all of which live on subdomains of the estwoco.com network.

Why we exist

We're trying to create a better world by making software accessible. Our products are free or low-cost because we believe useful tools shouldn't be locked behind a paywall. The IQ Test, SpotDiff, and Sinhalata are all available to anyone, anywhere, without a subscription or account. Where the cost of running a product is significant, we use advertising to cover our infrastructure and development costs — not to build a profit machine, but to keep the lights on so these tools can stay free for everyone who uses them.

What we believe

Good software starts with a clear understanding of the problem it solves. We keep our process simple and transparent: discover the real requirements, design a solution that fits, build it in short iterations with regular feedback, and support it after launch. We prefer boring, reliable technology where it works and modern tools where they genuinely add value.

What we build

• Client work — custom applications, websites, mobile apps, cloud migrations, and analytics tools built to order.
• Our own products — self-hosted applications that live at <app>.estwoco.com. Each product has its own subdomain and its own focus; this main site is the home of the studio itself.

Our products

• IQ Test (iqtest.estwoco.com) — A culture-fair, 16-question reasoning assessment covering pattern recognition, numerical reasoning, spatial visualisation, and logical sequencing.
• SpotDiff (spotdiff.estwoco.com) — Spot-the-difference puzzles designed to train selective attention, short-term visual memory, and pattern recognition.
• Sinhalata (sinhalata.com) — A free Windows app that lets you type Sinhala using a standard English keyboard via real-time Singlish-to-Sinhala conversion.

How this site is organised

estwoco.com is the studio's main business site: it describes our services, lists our products, and gives you a way to contact us. Individual applications run on their own subdomains and may have their own documentation, terms, and support channels, which are linked from within each app.
