Welcome to DailyBrainFood! By downloading, installing, and using our app, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

  1. General Information
    1. Purpose: DailyBrainFood is an entertainment-based quiz application designed to engage users with daily questions. It is not a scientific study or tool to diagnose, treat, or enhance brain health.
    2. No Guarantees: While the app aims to promote mental engagement, we do not guarantee that using it will improve brain health or cognitive performance. Cognitive health can be influenced by numerous factors outside the app's control.
  2. Data Usage
    1. Data Collection: The app may collect data such as quiz scores, answers, and usage patterns. Personal information, such as names or contact details, may also be collected where necessary for user account management.
    2. Data Sharing: Non-personally identifiable data may be shared with third parties for research or reporting purposes. No personal data will be shared without explicit user consent.
    3. Consent: By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described above.
  3. Rewards and Competitions
    1. Eligibility: Users will automatically receive e-gift cards once they accumulate reward points equivalent to USD 25. Gift cards will be sent to the user's primary email address.
    2. Reward System: All rewards will be delivered as e-gift cards. The ad revenue varies by country, so reward amounts may differ based on location. We are not responsible for any variations in earnings across different regions.
    3. Discretion of Rewards: The amount of rewards, criteria for winning, and how rewards are distributed are at the sole discretion of the app owners and may be subject to change.
    4. Taxes and Compliance: Any taxes or legal compliance required for receiving rewards are the responsibility of the winners.
    5. Cheating and Fair Play: Users engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate results will be permanently barred from using the system. The app owners reserve the right to determine eligibility and take action against any misuse.
  4. User Responsibilities
    1. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
    2. Appropriate Use: The app must not be used for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
    3. Age Restrictions: Users under the age of 13 must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the app.
  5. Intellectual Property
    1. Ownership: All content, designs, and features within the app are the intellectual property of DailyBrainFood unless otherwise stated.
    2. Limited Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  6. Liability Disclaimer
    1. No Liability for Brain Health: DailyBrainFood is not responsible for any claims of improved or diminished cognitive performance. The app is for entertainment purposes only.
    2. Technical Issues: We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions, errors, or bugs.
  7. Modifications and Termination
    1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
    2. App Termination: The app owners reserve the right to terminate access to the app for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or for any reason deemed appropriate.
  8. Account Deletion
    1. Signed-in users can delete their profiles from the App (App > Left Menu > About you > Delete). Upon deletion, their email address will be completely removed. However, to maintain data integrity, their submitted responses will be retained.
    2. Users seeking both account and data deletion must email their request us at dailybrainfood@estwoco.com using their registered email prior to deleting their profile through the app.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria/ Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
